Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Duties & Taxes

All tax, duties, VAT, customs fees, or import charges to be paid by customer (If Any).

Delivery Times

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 7–15 business days.

• Custom-Made Items: Ready to ship within 3–5 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cervany products. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 10 days for a full refund.
Please note: Customized products are not eligible for return.

Warranty

All Cervany products come with a 2-year warranty for the original purchaser. This covers the repair or replacement of any defective parts.

Return & Exchanges

• If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund. Please, remember: you cannot return a customized product.

• To return your order:

1. Please email your return request at hello@cervany.com  o

2. We will help you organize the shipment to one of our local return points.

3. We will create a return label for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

4. Once we will receive your return, we willl issue a refund on a receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.
