Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Duties & Taxes

No hidden fees. Orders shipped to the GCC, Middle east, EU, US, UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Australia are delivered duties and taxes paid—the price you see on our website is the final price you pay.

Delivery Times

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 7–10 business days.

• Custom-Made Items: Ready to ship within 3–5 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cervany products. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note: Customized products are not eligible for return.

Warranty

All Cervany products come with a 2-year warranty for the original purchaser. This covers the repair or replacement of any defective parts.

Desks come with an extended 5-year warranty. Full details are available on individual product pages.

Return & Exchanges

• If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please, remember: you cannot return a customized product.

• To return your order:

1. Please email your return request at info@cervany.com  o

2. We will help you organize the shipment to one of our local return points.

3. We will create a return label for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

4. Once we will receive your return, we willl issue a refund on a receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.
